Assalamualaikum :).. This is my first time to writing a blog and this blog just to give you a little information about malaysian cuisine.. For this time i will be discuss about modern malaysian cuisine..
Most five-star hotels are now serving and introduced many modern malaysian cuisine. Modern malaysian cuisine means,they still maintain the flavors and main ingredients in their dishes but modernize it with a menu based on the platting and additional ingredients to add more flavor. For example nasi lemak they put a variety of accompaniment other than usual we eat. Moreover for dessert they served fermented glutinous rice with ice cream or they make a cake fermented glutinous rice. Then we also known that satay usually served with peanut sauce but for modernized that menu they served with salsa or another sauce. That's all from my writting this time.. I will shared another information about malaysian cuisine another time.. Byeee!!!! :)
